Aged for 27 months in designated new French oak, it carries layered notes of dark plum, smoked meats, iron and graphite, with an undercurrent of crushed stone and savory spice. A touch of whole cluster (7%) brings complexity that frames the wine’s rich core. On the palate, it’s broad-shouldered and deeply structured, with firm yet polished tannins that stretch into a long, dry finish. Subtle hints of espresso, charr, herbs, and dark chocolate add dimension without overshadowing the purity of fruit.
