SOLD OUT

Up at Law Vineyard we have six different blocks of Grenache each on varying aspects planted to four different clonal selections. Beguiling is a marriage of selected barrels from each block resulting is a wine with fantastic depth and remarkable aromatics.  A percentage of Syrah is added each year to bring all of the components together and round out the tactile presence on the palate. After an average of 4 to 6 weeks on skins the wines are basket pressed and barreled down to 500L French Oak puncheons of which roughly 30% are new.  After 8 months, puncheons from each lot are carefully selected for their unique contribution to the wine as a whole.  These puncheons are blended and returned for another 12 months of aging on the lees prior to bottling.
