This wine shows an effortless integration of blackberry, black cherry, cardamom, cloves, and star anise. The crushed flowers and wild sage slide across the palate, with an incredible round and covetous chalky texture. As with all of the wines from Law Estate Wines, the acidity exalts the brilliance of this wine and balances through its finish. The many facets of this blend will continue to weave together creating a wine of serious depth and finesse over the next decade.
