The 2017 Rosé is not just another pretty face; with the Grenache portion being a purpose pick, that was gently pressed over the course of six hours to achieve the perfect salmon pink hue and desired concentration. This, combined with a collection of saignee’d Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan, creates an aroma of cranberry and orange peel on top of a complex collection of herbs. A florist’s dream on the palate, as cascades of hibiscus, magnolia and citrus blossoms float upon a rich, yet delicate strawberry, rhubarb and watermelon groundwork.
